Lulu-studio is not responsible for packages that have been delivered to the address provided at checkout, but we will actively assist you in resolving any issues. If your package is lost and marked as "Delivered," please first check your order to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. After describing the situation and providing tracking information, they will help you retrieve the package.
